Spreadsheets can be a fantastic resource. They're great for importing and exporting, analyzing small amount of datas, and creating simple reports. However, they are not a smart way to manage your projects, particularly large ones.

South Africa Breakfast Seminar 2016

On February 5th, ARES PRISM hosted our South Africa Project Controls Breakfast Seminar.  It was a great success with many project controls professionals coming together to discuss best practices and how ARES PRISM helps to implement said practices.
