On February 5th, ARES PRISM hosted our South Africa Project Controls Breakfast Seminar.  It was a great success with many project controls professionals coming together to discuss best practices and how ARES PRISM helps to implement said practices. Over 40 professionals were in attendence from 19 different companies.  Everyone was  able to share their experiences and learn more about what best-in-class organizations are doing to ensure that their projects are completed on-time and within budget.

We were honored to have Nick Brown from Laing O’Rourke speak at the event about their success using PRISM. He discussed how ARES PRISM has and continues to aid in the modernization of London's transport system; including the construction of Crossrail and HS2. Laing O’Rourke provides quality contracting and engineering services around the world. To learn more about Laing O'Rourke's journey with adopting PRISM, download this case study.

A large section of the breakfast seminar presentation focused on the new PRISM Dashboard. This dashboard allows organizations to gain quick access to project data - simplifying analytics and decision making. While the-out-of-the-box solution provides a host of benefits, ARES PRISM is also able to create custom dashboards for organizations. Implementation of these dashboards is helping to revolutionize the management of projects.

Thank you to everyone who was able to join us at the breakfast seminar in South Africa. It was a pleasure meeting each of you and discussing industry best practices for optimal project controls. We look forward to hosting more of these events in the coming months, hopefully we will see you there!
