We are pleased to announce a new PRISM case study with LLW Repository, who provides an essential service by managing the UK’s low-level radioactive waste. Before implementing PRISM, they were reliant on shared systems and had no control over data configuration. They needed a tool that would give them both independence and flexibility as they redefined their business processes as an independent company.
“When LLWR became an independent company, we took destiny into our own hands and we started looking at what we could do differently especially in terms of reporting.”
With the implementation of PRISM, LLWR now has one source of truth where they can integrate their Primavera P6 and SAP data and produce project summary reports. Since PRISM is an earned value management system (EVMS), LLWR is also able to meet the strict earned value requirements that are placed on them. In addition, LLWR staff has embraced the new tool and finds it user-friendly and easy to learn, even for newer users. The team is able to easily slice and dice data for reporting purposes and extract information from PRISM G2 using the import/export feature.
“With PRISM, we have been able to support the growing needs of the business and satisfy our client’s requirements in full.”
They have found great success using PRISM. They can produce reports quickly, easily provide required data to clients, save time with earned value options, increase their confidence in their data, and generally grow as a business.
