Crossrail_LogoWe are pleased to announce a new PRISM case study with Crossrail which is a 118-kilometre (73-mile) high frequency, high capacity railway in London. They have been working to create this railway by excavating 42km of tunnel underneath the city.

"As the largest construction project in Europe, Crossrail needed to manage the approval of up to 1000 project changes per period and required a standard process for change management. Getting sign off by walking around to get approval signatures for a trend or a budget request was not applicable. A streamlined and efficient change management approval process was required."

With the implementation of PRISM, Crossrail now has an automated change management approval process, improved data accuracy of monthly reports, decreased re-work and monthly report processing times, and increased confidence in data. Some of their favorite PRISM features include the reporting capability, performance and productivity measurement, tracking, approval process, and the import/export feature.
