Support Portal.pngAt ARES PRISM, our customers are important to us and we want to make sure that they receive the support they need. That is why we are introducing a new and improved customer support portal where you can:

  • Report a problem
  • Request an enhancement
  • Request a license

Please have your central PRISM IT Support or Administrator complete this request form. Our support team will be available to answer any questions or to help you change your password to the new site.

It has been a wonderful year in 2016. We wish all of our loyal customers a very happy holiday season. We look forward to assisting you in the new year!
